(An-Nahl) 16 : 10
هُوَ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً ۖ لَكُمْ مِنْهُ شَرَابٌ وَمِنْهُ شَجَرٌ فِيهِ تُسِيمُونَ

He is the one Who sends down water from the sky; you have drinks from it, plants are growing from it, and you are watering from it.

Rainwater is essential for plants, trees, animals and mankind. This verse teaches that it is the Lord Who causes the evaporation of salted water of the sea and produces freshwater from the rain. Lord asks through verses 56: 68-70: “And have you seen the water that you drink? Is it you who brought it down from the clouds, or is it We who bring it down? If We wished, We could make it bitter, so why are you not grateful?” Lord says through verse 32: 27: “We are driving the water into the dried bare land; then We produced with it the crops, from it their cattle and themselves are eating, aren’t they becoming insightful?” Only the believer utilizes Adhikr as the Guidance, Mercy, and Herald. He will only die as a true Muslim who submits wholly to Lord as told in verse 16: 89. All other groups among the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are true Mushriks and disbelievers as explained in verses 4: 150-151 even though they are claiming that they are Muslims. See explanation 6: 104; 14: 32 and 21: 30.
